Questy helps people find and create bounty-style quests. This policy explains what information Questy collects, how it is used, and how users can manage their information.
Information We Collect
Questy may collect account information from Apple or Google sign-in, including name, email address, and user ID. Questy may also collect quest details, chat or search text, bounty preferences, and contact information that users choose to provide when creating a quest, such as email address, phone number, or another contact channel.
How We Use Information
Questy uses this information to authenticate users, create and display quests, match users with relevant bounty opportunities, show contact details for quests, maintain app functionality, and protect the service.
Service Providers
Questy uses Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services, and Apple and Google for sign-in. These providers process information only as needed to provide the app experience.
Tracking and Advertising
Questy does not sell personal information, does not use personal information for third-party advertising, and does not use personal information to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
User Choices
Users can delete their Questy account directly in the app from Account. Account deletion removes the user account, chat history, and uploaded quests. Users may also request access or correction through the support link on the App Store product page.
